If you book one of Unique Private Rooms and pay for it, you should be able to see how to pay and cancel it without any problems. To keep things easy, we need full payment at the time of booking. We let you cancel at any time, as long as you do it at least seven days before your scheduled arrival. There is a small fee if you cancel less than seven days before your stay. It is not possible to get your ticket service fees or platform fees back. Within five business days of confirmation, your refund will be sent back to the way of payment you used the first time.

There are no extra fees besides the price you pay for the reservation and any taxes that are stated. The amount you pay is the same as what you see at the register.
